CLASSES WE OFFER
We offer a wide variety of Yoga & Wellness Classes in a group setting upto 35 students in a class. Group Classes are a cost effective way to exercise led by a qualified instructor.
Private Classes are limited to a maximum of 6 students conducted by an experienced instructor with close personal attention. These classes typically focus on either practice techniques, or minor ailments of the body.
Personal Trainings are 1-1 training sessions with tailor-made solutions according to the body condition, and requirements of the student.
