Yoga Classes

We specialize in Iyengar Yoga, which is a school of Yoga named after and founded by B.K.S. Iyengar. It is a form of Yoga that emphasizes on details, precision, alignment, sequencing and timing in the performance of yoga postures (called "asanas"). This school of teaching often makes use of props such as blocks, belts, bolsters, yoga chairs, blankets, wall ropes, etc. The props enable students, especially those with physical limitations to perform various asanas while minimizing the risk of injury, and receive the benefits of Yoga.

Group Classes

Group Classes are generic yoga classes conducted in a group setting. While specific techniques and details of the poses will be taught in the classes, the main objective of Group Classes is to facilitate regular Yoga practice. Group Classes include classes taught in Iyengar and Non-Iyengar traditions (e.g. Hatha, Flow, Asthanga, Stick Yoga etc).
