FUNDAMENTALS OF YOGA

To build a strong foundation in Yoga practice and to deepen the understanding of Yoga. The course primarily focuses on Yogasanas (about 80-90 Asanas), supplemented by Pranayama basics, restorative yoga and yoga philosophy.
