I have no Yoga experience, which class is suitable for me?

All classes except for "LEVEL ONE" class are suitable for students of all levels, including beginners. We suggest that you try out a few different classes in order to find out what you like and what you don't like.

What should I wear to the class?

If you have Yoga attire, just wear that to the class. If you do not have any Yoga specific attire, don't worry. You can wear any sports wear, or at least a T-shirt and a pair of comfortable pants. No shoes will be worn inside the Center and the classrooms.

What should I bring to the class?

For health & hygiene reasons, please bring your own mat with you. You should also bring along clothes that you will be wearing during the class. If you perspire quite a bit, we suggest you bring a towel with you. Filtered water will be provided, but we encourage you to bring your own tumbler.

Can I eat before the class?

We recommend that you avoid eating for at least two hours before attending a class. If you are hungry before the class, a light snack of fruits, nuts and/or light meal would be fine.
