"Precision" classes will specifically focus on detailed cues and instructions for better controlled techniques in asana practice. The classes typically also adopt a step-by-step sequencing of techniques to work from simple actions to more challenging actions. These classes are suitable for practitioners with at least 2 years of experience

Functional Yoga

In "Functional Yoga", we will learn how to properly utilize different parts of our body in various Asanas. This will help us not only avoid sports injuries, but also rectify improper use of the body from bad postures. In so doing, it allows us to develop a deeper understanding and insight of various Asanas. These classes are suitable for practitioners with at least 2 years of experience

All classes are by reservation only. No walk-ins.

Bookings will be open 7 days in advance, 2 hours before class.


Please call us for last minute bookings.


To cancel a booked class, 24 hours advance notice is required. Otherwise, penalty of ONE Pass will be payable or deducted.
