Service Description

Iyengar Yoga emphasizes on details, precision, alignment, sequencing and timing in the performance of yoga postures (or called "asanas"). This school of teaching often makes use of props such as blocks, belts, bolsters, yoga chairs, blankets and wall ropes. These classes are suitable for students of all levels.
