Service Description

These are Iyengar Yoga classes with longer duration. It provides opportunity to go deeper into the techniques, allow physical adjustements for better alignment and deeper stretch. The objective is to allow students ample time to explore their bodies to develop heightened body intelligence during the practice, while also building their endurance. This class is suitable for experienced practitioners.
