Service Description

Restorative classes are taught based on the Iyengar Yoga System. The objective is to rejuvenate our body by creating space and allowing energy flow within the body. The poses are typically held longer than other classes, so props are typically used to support our practice to achieve meditate state and deeper relaxation effect.

Booking cancellations will require a 12 hours advance notice, otherwise ONE Pass will be deducted for limited packages, or 1 day of validity period will be deducted for unlimited packages.
