ALAN
Resident Instructor
Alan is a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher. He started learning Yoga in 2002. He learned different traditions and styles of Yoga from renowned teachers including David Meloni, Faeq Biria, Jawahar, Nandakumar, O.P. Tiwari and John Scott.
Alan is also a regular practitioner of Qigong and Taiji. In his spare time, he studies Traditional Chinese Medicine and its application in our daily lives.

DEVI
Guest Instructor
Dev is from the Yoga capital city of Rishikesh, India. He started learning Yoga at the age of 18. In his earlier years, he learned Asthanga Yoga with David Swenson. Later, he also followed Faeq Biria between 2008-2012 learning Iyengar Yoga. He has been teaching Yoga for over 15 years, including over 10 years of training Yoga Instructors.
Dev is one of our Leading Instructors in our main center in Jinan (China).

JASON
Freelance Instructor
Due to a birth defect called Spina Bifida (or cleft spine), Jason had suffered from lower back pain for many years. One day, after reading an article about yoga can help treat niggling lower back problems, he decided to give yoga a try, and immediately he found relief in Yoga practice. Since then, he pursued the path of Yoga and never looked back. He decided that he wanted to share the benefits he found in Yoga with everyone around him. In 2013, Jason became the Winner (Adult Category) of Malaysian International Yoga Competition.

KRISTY
Freelance Instructor
Kristy started her Yoga journey in 2011 and is now a certified Yoga Alliance instructor. Yoga is a life-long pursuit for Kristy, and she has discovered that Yoga is the secret to unlocking creativity.
She believes in five crucial aspects of Yoga, which are: focusing on breathe, building physical strength, listening to our body, taking our own time, and being patient.

LENA
Freelance Instructor
Lena started practising Yoga in 2011. She is a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher who qualified under the guidance of master teacher Shri Nandakumar.
Lena breathes love into her teaching that inspires her students to venture into self-exploration, to practise compassion, and to embrace authenticity in their everyday lives.

MINTZE
Freelance Instructor
MinTze started practising Yoga in 2006. Having been impressed by the authenticity and precision of Iyengar Yoga, MinTze travelled to Rishikesh, India many years ago in a quest for a credible and experienced Iyengar Yoga teacher to build her own foundation in the practice.
Today, MinTze is an avid Iyengar Yoga practitioner whose passion makes her a dedicated instructor. Students will find her lessons creative, thorough, and with attention to details.

NING
Guest Instructor
Ning was initially trained by Master Mohan in the tradition of Classical Hatha. She then further her trainings in the Iyengar tradition, physiology and anatomy, as well as their therapeutic effects of applications
Her teaching is gentle and meticulous, and she is particularly good at communicating and guiding her students to develop inner strength and stability.

SONG
Guest Instructor
Song is an experienced Yoga Instructor who is passionate about Yoga practice especially in the tradition of Hatha, Iyengar and Vinyasa Flow.
His teaching typically focuses on precision and alignment, with clear and detailed instructions on how to execute a posture or movement safely and effectively.
Song is one of our Leading Instructors in our center in Changchun (China).

SONIA
Guest Instructor
Sonia started her Yoga journey in 2007. Although she has learned many different schools of Yoga, she is mostly influenced by Hatha Yoga, Iyengar Yoga and Anusara Yoga. She has also completed a three-year Pranayama Teachers Training with world famous Pranayama Guru, O.P.Tiwari.
Sonia is a very skillful teacher who is good at guiding her students to develop inner awareness through asana and pranayama.
