Terms & Conditions

General Liability Waiver
  1. The Applicant acknowledges that yoga and/or wellness exercises require physical exertion, which may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and he/she agrees to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known and unknown, which he/she might incur as a result of participating in the classes conducted by Purity Wellness Club (hereafter, the “Company”). 

  2. The Applicant acknowledges the contagious nature of the Coronavirus/COVID-19 and understands that the risk of becoming exposed to and/or infected by the Coronavirus/COVID-19 as a result of participating in yoga and/or wellness exercises whilst being present at the premises of the Company.

  3. Following paragraphs 1 and 2 above, the Applicant hereby knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waives any claim against the instructor(s), the Company, the staff and freelances workers of the Company, or the owner(s) of the premises for injuries or damages that he/she may sustain as a result of participating in the classes.

Class Packages
  1. The Company does not accept any Applicant with skin disease or any infectious condition. If any Package is obtained through omission or non-disclosure of health condition, the Company may unconditionally terminate the Applicant’s Package without compensation, and the Company reserves the right to legal recourse against the Applicant.

  2. All purchases are not refundable and not transferable in any circumstances, including but not limited to changes in work commitments, diagnosis of illnesses or diseases, government imposed movement control orders etc.

  3. The Applicant may attend Group Classes as scheduled by the Company subject to the number of Passes and Validity Period, in accordance to his/her Package as purchased.

  4. All classes are subject to availability and may be changed, amended and/or cancelled from time to time by the Company with or without prior notice.

  5. All classes may be booked up to 14 days in advance, and no later than THREE (3) hour before class commencement. After the class has been booked, the class may be cancelled anytime without penalty, provided that the class is cancelled not less than TWELVE (12) hours before class commencement.

  6. Every no show or late cancellation (of less than 12 hours) will be deducted ONE (1) Pass for Class Packages; or ONE (1) day in the validity period for Unlimited Memberships.

  7. The Applicant is encouraged to make an advance booking before joining any class. Students already enrolled in Enrollment Classes do not need to make bookings as they will be automatically booked into the classes enrolled. However, class cancellations will be subject to specific conditions for Enrollment Classes.

  8. All classes require a minimum of SIX (6) advance bookings to commence the class. The Company reserves the right to cancel a class if there are less than 6 advance bookings for the class. If a class has less than 6 advance bookings, the Company may continue to conduct the class at the discretion of its management.

  9. If the Applicant is more than FIVE (5) minutes late for a class, the Applicant may be refused to attend the class without compensation.

  10. There shall be no extension of validity for Unlimited Packages in any circumstances, including but not limited to changes in work commitments, diagnosis of illnesses or diseases, government imposed movement control orders etc. Extension of validity period may be available for Member Class Pacakges only and will be subject to fees having been paid prior to the expiry of the package.
