1. The Applicant recognizes that yoga exercises require physical exertion, which may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and he/she agrees to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known and unknown, which he/she might incur as a result of participating in the classes, and hereby knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waives any claim against the instructor(s), the Organizer, or the owner(s) of the premises for injuries or damages that he/she may sustain as a result of participating in the classes.

2. All payments are final, non-refundable, non-cancellable and non-transferable.

3. Please use your ZOOM account name as registered above. We reserve the right to refuse entry into the ONLINE classroom when ZOOM name is not recognized.

4. Please turn on and keep your camera ON during the classes. The Teacher must be able to see you. We reserve the right to refuse entry into the ONLINE classroom when the camera is OFF.

5. No photography, audio or video recording shall be taken of the classes, unless with express prior permission from the Organizer.

6. No replay videos will be available.

7. No replacement class will be provided if you are unable to attend a class.

8. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment without having to give any reasons. In this case, any monies paid will be refunded after having deducted 5% charges for transaction and administrative fees.
